Dealhub *****s you of your consumer rights and then they take your money without delivering the goods.

On the 13 of May i ordered a small package from dealhub. Now 40 days later. Multiple emails. Hundreds of rands wasted on airtime just for someone to end the call. Every week i speak to a different service provider. Two weeks ago i was told it will arrive next week, last week they said this week, now this morning they said next week...

So i progressively demanded to speak to a manager last week already. They refused to speak to me which is already denying my right to customer service.

I then confronted the service provider that emailed me 5 days ago stating he will follow-up with his dispatch manager and then proceeded to never contacted me back again.

So first off this company lies. Every single one of their service providers lie. It's probably part of their training. I mean if your role model in the company is as slimy as the dispatch manager than i understand how they all just fall back to lies just to get a customer off their back temporarily.

After expressing my frustration and asking very direct and business damaging questions all he could say was, sorry he forgot and then he continue to say he doesn't even know what's going on anymore at dealhub himself either. His exact words was "Your package is very small so i will call you back as soon as I've found it between all the other packages and yes my dispatch manager will definitely call you at 13:00 i can assure you that and i will also call you back just give me one hour". Up until now four hours later after their offices has closed and the lines go dead i haven't received any calls nor emails keeping me in the loop on my order. This tells me 3 things.

1) The dispatch manager has no idea what has been received or dispatch from their warehouse and they cannot find my package and is now making that the customers problem. 2) There is many more customers also waiting endlessly on their order that's just chilling in some warehouse not being sorted or dispatched. 3)Dealhub strips you of your consumer rights

VERY IMPORTANT HERE ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN PURCHASING FROM DEALHUB You have no right to customer service when purchasing from Dealhub. You have no right to timely performance and completion of the services from Dealhub. You have no right to accountability by suppliers.

Dealhub must be shut down.

NOTE TO THE OWNERS OF THIS ONLINE BUSINESS You have 48 hours and then I will for the publics safety lay a formal complaint against DealHub at the South African Consumer Complaints Department.
