Dealhub order

I ordered an item costing R50-40 plus R65-00 for shipping. On the confirmation if the order it is stated that delivery will take place between 7 and 15 working days. On 8 August I queried why the item was not delivered after 26 working days has lapsed. I requested them to cancel the order as I have made alternative arrangements and do not need the item anymore. They just reacted with the excuse that the item is imported and will be delivered upon receipt. After 32 working days I have not received the item yet. They did however confirm that I can cancel the order but will have to pay a 35% penalty. I view their service as appalling because I did nothing wrong, and they did not keep me informed about the status of the delivery. Will never use them again and warn everybody about the way they handled my order.
