DEALHUB NOT RESPONDING TO RETURN REQUEST

I ordered a pair of Boots online with Dealhub - Order number DH30025. It was delivered on Tuesday 26th Sept and on that same day I emailed Dealhub requesting to return the item. I heard nothing back and don't want to keep the item. I emailed deal hub again the next morning (274th) - but decided to call their customer services to arrange a return immediately. The guy I spoke to was completely unhelpful. Told me that I should wait 6 - 12 hours for them to respond to my email. Well, its been 48 hours and no response from Dealhub. I don't want this item - and I want my money back. This has been a terrible experience as it is not cheap. It is horrible! Not as advertised - synthetic / not leather. I'm too scared to touch or wear it in case the material tare. The material cuff of the boot is also stretched and the stitching on the zip is bad with loose pieces of material still showing.
