DEALHUB - No Service or Customer Care

I am VERY disappointed in their business. I place a order and paid it on the 20th of October 2021. On their adverts and email they state 7-15 working days for delivery. Today is the 1st of December 2021 and I have not yet receive my order. They telephone lines are just not working and they keep on replying with the same email on my query every time I email.
