Dealhub misrepresents themselves

Order placed over 2 months ago, now it seems I’ve had to pay custom duties on my purchase, so they place order from overseas possibly China but don’t inform the buyers about this, then purchase is made in buyers name leaving us to pay import duties which is almost the same price as the item purchased
