Dealhub is pathetic

These guys are pathetic. I ordered an item on the 31st of January 2023. They have excuse after excuse. I received a tracking nr in March for the package, which never updated, after phoning them yesterday, they told me the tracking has changed and they will send my new tracking nr. Guess what? I never received it, I phoned them again today, after I went off like a mad thing I received a new tracking number. They are unprofessional and to get through to there call centre is a nightmare. You hold on for a cery long time, just to get to a voicemail or they put the phone down in your ear. Useless and pathetic. Rather go with Wish or Shein, you get better service from them, everything is imported from China.
