Dealhub has shocking service delivery.

I ordered an item on the 7th January 2021. The e-mail confirmation stated that delivery would take 7 - 15 business days and that tracking would be available. It is no the 1st March 2021 (37-days and counting) and still no sight of the product. A "John Molaoa" keeps assuring me that the item will be delivered, and was told no later than the 26th February. I've requested a refund, but to date have received nothing, the refund or the item. Overall service levels are pathetic and I doubt the item will every get to me. Next step is legal or Ombudsman to get a resolution from this. Do not, no matter what the item is every purchase from Dealhub, as I certainly will not be ... ever again. I'm actually surprised that this website / e-commerce platform actually exists.
