Dealhub goods not delivered

Sjoe, I waiting more than 21days for my goods, Supplier does not respond to emails. Their policy shows that goods will be delivered between 7 to 21days, its now 23 days. I asked them to return my money as I do not have my goods as yet . No response. I think that these suppliers must be reported to the Consumer goods and services.
