Dealhub disaster - be warned

I ordered a gift for a friend on 25 June 2023. I STILL haven't received it. Despite numerous calls, emails and arrogant responses (when I do get a response - mostly my mails are just ignored), I'm still left waiting. This company was quick to take my money and promised a 7 - 10 delivery. We're now heading for 3 months. Shocking. Don't deal with them under any circumstances. Hello Peter, are you able to intervene?
