I ordered a projector and a bracket, was promised 2 to 10 working days delivery, tracking will be sent as soon as available, to date I have not even received a tracking number, I called their number, 1st time held on for more than 20 mins, eventually someone answered and said they would email details, NOTHING. I called again today, 1st in queue, but held on for more than 30mins, no answer. Sent more than 20 emails, no reply, they got my money now, so now they don't care. If no reply soon, I will be making a case of theft at police station.
