Deal-Hub : Steer clear!! Do not be tempted to buy anything!!!

I should have searched for reviews here before deciding to place an order with Deal-hub.

My heartfelt condolences to my fellow countrymen whom have had to endure the lack of service delivery from this so-called provider.

Order placed on 18 January. After numerous follow up emails (calls never work, always in queue for extended periods of time and when you are next in line... you either hear a crackle and then silence or get a voicemail to leave a voice message) and multiple "delivery" estimations (false promises and delay tactics) still to this day, my order has not been fulfilled.

The mental anguish, frustration and irritation you will experience when dealing with this sub-par operation, is not worth it (take it from a fool), no matter if they have what you think you need/want.

@Deal-Hub Support. You are only as good as the core values, vision and mission of the operation you find yourself part of. Ensuring that your customers come back again and again is key to success of ANY business. CX has and will always be the cornerstone of any operation. You must surely be exhausted of dealing with unhappy/i-rate. borderline hostile customers, day in and day out? If you are then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! Either completely cease your worthless operation altogether or get your damn house in order.

At this point in time I am considering going the legal route. Something needs to be done to stop these ************ operations from offering services to the public.
