Deal Hub service

Very poor service. I purchased a part from them in August 2023. I got nothing from them. No purchase order, receipt or confirmation after paying them online. I followed it up many times without any response. Eventually I managed to get their number and I phoned them. They then allocated a person to my query in October. It is now almost the end of December 2023. Still no reply or feedback. When I requested a refund they said the part was already ordered from overseas and they cannot refund. Then they said the wrong part arrived and they will speak to supplier. Still no reply up till now.
