DEAL HUB - No customer service or support

Placed an order with Deal Hub. Got notification from Buffalo Logistics that item is at warehouse as duties haven't been paid.

Sent several email to Deal Hub and have not received a single response. Tried calling Deal hub on the number provided on their website and nobody answers, with that awful music being played. I regret having paid them and having placed an order with them.
