Deal Hub lack of service

Placed an order for a car converter adapter from Deal Hub on 10 March 2022. They promise delivery between 7 and 15 business days. It is now 19 business days and 3 follow up emails later to ascertain where order DH14165 is and there is complete silence…no feedback. Seems that I have lost my money. Please think carefully before placing an order with Deal Hub. You might just lose your money too.
