Deal hub for poor service and disappointment!!

Should be Zero stars!! I purchased a 30m hosepipe on 16 October 2022 with the promise of delivery 10 to 15 days later (only mentioned when I had already paid). After numerous enquiries which were woefully handled, I finally received a package on 21 December 2022. Regrettably the 30m hosepipe I ordered was only 15m. Meaning that I paid a lot for what was delivered. I have been in ongoing discussions with Deal-hub yet they have not been able to provide a solution. Apparently they are still investigating. Very disappointing. So if it is poor service and disappointment you want then Deal Hub is the place for you. I wish I had appreciated the poor reviews
