Worst of the worst. Once they have your money, nothing, but nothing happens. You get a link to trace your parcel and once it arrives in South africa at at the courrier, that is where everything comes to a halt. If you ask for feedback, someone replies with very bad english and then states that they got confused as they thought I wanted my parcel only next year. This person then also quotes a sentence from my previous email, but totally wrong. It seems there inability to understand writing actually confuses them. I asked for a refund, but now gets ignored. My parcel arrived at the courrier almost a month ago, but still have not received it. Not sure whether it is a total disregard for paying customers or just total incompetence. Maybe a lot of both. Who knows.
