Deal Hub Absolutely pathetic service and non delivery

I ordered an item on the 27.11.2020 via Deal Hub online store. To date I have received a tracking number that says cleared, my order number on the website says my order and delivery has been fulfilled, yet I have not received any delivery. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call their customer service, only to be waiting for 30 plus minutes each time with no answer.

When I eventually spoke to Youvonne and John on the 14.12.2020, they assured me that my package is going to be delivered to me. To date the courier number with buffalo tracking remains on cleared and no other response from Deal Hub from my emails l requesting whether my package is going to be delivered to me in time for Christmas. I contacted Buffalo international tracking and their response was to contact Deal Hub directly as this was their instruction to them.

This is something I ordered for my child, and if Deal Hub has anything sympathy regarding this, I would really appreciate a response as to whether my package is going to be delivered or not. If you cannot fulfill service delivery to customer who actually support you then you should really revisit your business and reputation. DH5056 Poovie Naidoo
