Beyond Disappointed with Deal Hub

I am beyond disgusted with Deal Hub, I placed an order with them and had to pay immediately. The electronic email I received stated that I would receive my order within 7 - 15 working days. It has now been a month and still nothing. I have emailed them 4 times to find out where my order is, twice I eventually received an email back saying they are waiting for the waybill number and ETA. I phone and get told by "customer care" oh you received your order but it was the wrong item....NO, I just told you, I am still waiting to receive my order. DO NOT BUY FROM DEAL HUB, there service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life.
