Bad Service from Deal Hub

I bought 2x basin Taps on the 21 June 2022 online at Deal Hub. Both taps are supposed to come with 2x flexible connectors. I only received 1tap without flexible connectors the one tap was delivered cause I complained on Hello Peter.

I sent pictures of the tap that it came without connectors and I contacted by Mpho Molatlhwa who made promises to deliver the second tap and refund the money of the connectors. Till today no communication from him. I want a refund of the second tap and connectors such a bad service from them. People should not buy anything from Deal Hub I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
