Bad service Deal Hub Do not get stock.

I purchased a halfmoon lamp from Deal hub on the 3rd of July. Nowhere on the site they said they dont have stock or that they order from overseas. When I mailed them they said it will take between 7 an 14 days. Its now passed and I mailed them again because they not answering the phones. The still say between 7 an 14 days. This is for my business how can I go about to get my money back from these people. The also ordered a lamp thats US plug and not even South Africa plug. I order in SA because I need SA plug for our electricity. These people are very unhelpful and I am very disappointed. Should I get a lawyer involved?
