Bad service

I am so disappointed with the service I got from dealhub, I bought 2 taps from them on the 21 June after that there was no communication from them as to when they will deliver, last week Monday my husband complained on hellopeter I received a call from Mpho who tried to assist and they delivered one tap today because they had one on stock. The one they delivered today it doesn't have the flexi pipe connector, I have to go and buy something that was suppose to be there. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I'M BUYING FROM DEAL HUB.
