Bad customer service from dealhub

We have recently order a cable for our Mac book 6 weeks ago only to be told we've already received it. When we phoned and inquired about it the realized they made a mistake and will resent the item 2 weeks later we got a photo saying we received it. Yet the address is in a town 2 hours away from us when we try and contact them they ignore our messages and phone calls. Worst customer service I've experienced in ages
