Avoid Deal hub Online Store at all costs

Order was placed 11th May, left China 11th May, arrived in Buffalo SA warehouse 19th May. According to their customer services the package is awaiting pickup by Deal Hub or their representative. I have sent literally 40 emails and attempted to call them a dozen times in the last 2 weeks. Emails are not answered and the calls either don't connect or you are on hold for 15-20 minutes before the call cuts off.
