Appalling Service

I ordered and paid for an item online on 25 September and it's over a month and I haven't received it! I have emailed Dealhub countless times and tried calling - which is useless. They don't answer the phone! Their emails are full of excuses and they haven't rep**** to my last one. The worst service I have ever received shopping online. Never again!!!
