Absolutely Abysmal!

I ordered a new screen for my MacBook Pro through Dealhub on the 3rd of October 2022. It is now the 29th of January 2023. The initial reason given was that their supplier was late in delivering, with promises of it being delivered within a week, every few weeks since. Two weeks ago I asked for a refund, after which they stopped communicating with me. I phoned and they told me they would get in touch to action a refund...but nothing. Which is *****ing...and a ******** offense.
