Unprofessional
Very unprofessional and rude staff. They can not supply a person with the required information. I would not recommend that anyone deal with them

These people collect debts on behalf of SARS, but they cant give you the correct information.
They keep on giving so little information that you get confused.
You have to constantly contact them for information and correct information.
Their staff is really very rude and unprofessional. Never in my life dealt with a place like this. Dealing with SARS directly is better than dealing with them.
