Never received the product

Bought two small products (single order) from Deal extreme. Payed extra for the tracking number. They shipped the first product without tracking number and the second with tracking number on different dates. Why on earth would anyone ship it as two different shipments when both items were purchased in a single order? May be this is how it works in HONG KONG. Hopefully I can get the one with tracking number after few months.
