It has been over 6 Months and the Item has not been delivered, No response from Customer Support

Absolutely dreadful company to have to deal with - placed the order on the 27 July 2017 and still have not received the items. Customer support does not reply to my requests for a refund despite my shopping on DX being "guaranteed". THIS IS THEFT
