Bought a wrist watch but never received it

<p>Greetings</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a watch online at DealExtreme on the 21 February 2017, on the 03 march I received an e-mail that my order has been fulfilled and shipped it's on the way to my destination. Until today I haven't received anything and now it's been 2 months. According to DealExtreme policy, they said an order takes 20 days to reach it's destination but with me it's been 50 days. I don't know if DealExtreme is a **** because I don't know how to contact them, I don't see any South African contact deatils. Could you please assit, this wrist watch was supposed to be a birthday gift on the 16 April and that has not been possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Miliswa</p>
