No Delivery and No Communication.

I ordered and paid for a Smeg toaster 13 days ago. The status of my order on their website is still "processing". I have sent them 7 emails requesting information on when the order will be shipped. They rep**** to the first 2 with poor excuses: "the courier companies are busy" and they "have a high volume of email traffic". This is despite their initial promise that the order will be processed as soon as they receive confirmation and payment. It now appears that they have now blocked my email address - my emails are returned and not delivered. It does not appear that they have any intention to honour my order and supply me with the goods I paid for.
