Do Not Buy from Dealerscrate.com !!!

I ordered an expensive product from Dealerscrate and paid online via credit card. They immediately responded via e-mail to say my order is being processed. I then requested an ETA via e-mail and they told me that it would take a week. A week later they blamed the supplier and promised it would arrive the next week. The next week they stated it was delivered. I immediately informed them they had incorrect information and that I have not received the product. All of a sudden they stopped responding to my e-mails. I have requested feedback on a daily basis for more more than a week now. Absolute silence from Dealerscrate. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, but they have not been online on WhatsApp for several weeks. This is not a legitimate business, they are just aiming to take your money!! My advice is: If you paid by credit card. Simply contact your bank and lodge a formal dispute to MasterCard or Visa, and you stand a chance to get your money back if you are prepared to be patient.
