Dealercrate.com - Unpleasantly Surprised!

Dealerscrate.com took my money, I have NO item, after 9 emails (3weeks) of communication, no refund was given after I finally asked, giving them a chance to redeem the situation. They had the audacity to send me an email claiming that their records show that the item was delivered, I asked for a proof of delivery, and now they cut me off. Just the previous day they were still apologizing for the delayed delivery? Unbelievable that a Business in this modern era is simply getting away with taking people’s money under false pretence of buying an item!?
