Sold wrong product

I got a call in July from a dealdirect consultant who told me our conversation are recorded.He sold me a cellphone contract which came with data,I was excited and agreed to take the offer.He assured me that delivery will be done in 3 days and no debit order will be taken before the actual product.The debit order went off on the 25th of August yet nothing was delivered.I then called them on *** 26th to claim my refund and dispute what was said to me ,no debit without delivery,I was given ref *** till today no refund nor any update .kindly assist as I was ****med by this company ,they said it will take 21 days but what is the purpose of recording and inconvenience the client? I want my money back please plus the debit order fee
