Dealdirect money back inquiry

I won't recommend anyone to work with this company. They're a ****. I app**** for a loan and they called me to confirm my details, after a month they deducted R199 from my account and when you email them they don't respond to your emails and when you call them they will tell you stories and when you request a call back they won't call you at all.
