Very unreliable and unprofessional plumbing company! I paid R2000 for a valve that supposed to fix the issue with pressure on my geyser, with NO results whatsoever!

I called the director Anthony Jacobs at his mainline and whatsupp thousands times. NO answer! I even thought he left the country.

I sent several emails explaining clearly the situation and asking him for a fix or change of the valve or the reimbur*****t of my money. No answer again!

I will take the issue to small claim court as I had to call another reputable company to fix not only the valve of my geyser, but also the slow collapsing of it due to the extreme vibration caused by that faulty valve.

So disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of integrity!
