Frustrated

I purchased an android box from this online store in September 2018, the box was faulty and was reported two days later. The gentleman asked me to communicate with his technical guy which i did. In January the box would not switch on at all, again this was communicated. The box was replaced and the very same day that it was replaced, it was tested only to find that it would not allow me to watch anything. This was communicated and again I was asked to speak to the technical guy.

This item is of absolute no use to me and I have kindly requested that they resolve the matter. I am finding no joy with them and would definitely not recommend them. Rather buy from reputable online stores that have a return policy.
