De Zicht estate Restaurant, Balwin Properties

I called the De Zicht restaurant last year to enquire hosing in their restaurant inside the estate. I was informed that outsiders are more than welcome to host an event at their restaurant, I ended up going with another place at the time . Today , 15th November I called again because I'm planning another event. I went to the restaurant and spoke with he Manager kenan/Kenwin, who was very kind and explained to me it would be difficult to have all my guest inside as they can only give 6 codes per Manager and if I needed to get more people which is plus - minus 15 then I would have to speak to the estate Manager. He took me to the Manager and we explained that i want to host a baby shower in 2024. The Manager said No!!, outsiders are not allowed to host in the premises. We can only secure a booking if the host is a resident of De Zicht. That was completely absurd as the restaurant had no issues hosting us and he was just the stumbling block. He clearly doesn't wanna see this restaurant make money. He was very arrogant and condescending.

I also hated the fact that I was getting conflicting information. One person was saying Yes , while the other person was saying No. It clearly shows there are blurred lines in terms of whom is allowed to host in the restaurant. I was really ****ed and still am. Terrible service from that estate manager or connoisseur. Didn't even say his name!
