Poor workmanship

Flat was built in October 2024, within a month of completion the walls started to crack, foundation cracked all around, ceiling is dropping. The contractors are not doing any effort to repair. They came twice to do repairs and every time it cracked again in the same place. I have now been trying for weeks to get them to come fix it with no luck. I will not recommend these contractors at all.
