Worst service and expereince with attorneys

<p>I have sold a property and used them as the attorneys to deal with the sale. The property was sold in Nov 2016. Its now April 2017 and its still not registered in the new owners name.</p> <p>Issues I have with them:</p> <p>No advise given on transition from current owner/Tenant to new owners</p> <p>Delays in getting signiture from the new owner - 3 weeks after I signed they still did not have all the signitures from the new buyers.</p> <p>Then once everything was ready they realised the new owner does not have life insurance - they then said its not the attorneys responsibility to follow up its up to the bank to make sure there is insurance in place</p> <p>Once we submitted the Banks attorneys lost some paperwork and another delay</p> <p>At this point the levies and rates clearence certificates were going to expire. They send me an email to say this may cause a delay and its urgent ( but never follow up with a call) so I missed the email and 3 weeks later they ask me to renew the certificates saying they did email me to inform me of this and I just did not answer - never did they follow up with a call to check if I received the email</p> <p>Now they say that there is a delay of another 3 weeks for some reason and we are going for six months since it was sold and I am losing money every single day</p> <p>The attorney that is assisting me just wash her hand take no responsibility or ownership and even one of the senior attorneys dont seem to care much about this situation.</p> <p>WORST WORST ever expereince with attorneys I have ever had selling a property</p>
