Stay Away.

This pathetic excuse of a lawyer does not know how to do a transfer. For a 6 month period the only news that I get was that the Tshwane Council does not give them feedback on why the clearance certificate is not being issued. This seems odd for a so-called transfer lawyer right? It took me 5 minutes to get the info and another 30 minutes to drive to the council office and hand in the missing information. Their communication is like pulling hens teeth, it just NEVER happens.
