Since when does a cash sale for a house take 4 months

<p>Well i signen the contract to sell my house on the second of March 2017 befor i signed the contract the estate agent told me that it will take 45 days till the money will pay out so the buyer gave me an advance of R 60000 from the purchase price and so we agreed to vacate the premises on the 17 March 2017 and still on the 21st June 2017 still im waiting for my money I need answers i call them every day and it just looks like nothing is being done </p>
