refund not paid in full

<p>In February 2017 my parents bought a land in Henly on klip / mayerton on the Vaal, which I paid for in full including attoneys fees for both transfer and registration an amount of R109 365 transfered from my account to the attoneys account .we waited for 3 months without hearing anything from them . Every time I phoned them they would always lie , finally I was informed that the seller's wive didn't want to sign for the sale of the property . Seeing that I have waited for so long without any progress on the bought property I decided to cancell the deal . When I asked for a refund I was only paid R92365.82 which is R17000 less than what I've paid them without getting any explanation .they have invested my money for 3 months instead of paying my money in full +interest they are penalizing me even through I'm not the one wrong</p>
