Booked via booking.com and emailed requesting clarification on safe and secure off street parking and received confirmation stipulating no extra charge. Arrived at accommodation to be told this is not.the case and the closest secure parking is at a cost of R80 and a lengthy distance away. Unhappy with service and gentleman (management) took a non-committal, unhelpful "you need to pay 100% cancellation fee" attitude. Room much smaller.than it appears. Was welcomed by a large rat which the staff member just shrugged off. Very disappointing experience.overall and the stay has just started!!
