Poor sevice and rude

After several discussions with Charl, we had an appointment for 7:30 for building rubble removal. As they didn't pitch, I phoned just before 10:00 to hear where they were. I stated my name and asked where they were. He asked what the address was, to which I responded. Charl then said that they were still busy at another site. (How come? My appointment was first thing at 7:30?) He said that they would be at my place in about 1 hour. I asked why he did not just let me know, since we were waiting for them since 7:30 and I had other business to conduct. I told him that they were disrupting my entire planning for the morning and asked when exactly they would be there? (Thinking that I could work around them and still get my other business done.) He just dropped the phone in my ear. I phoned twice - no answer. I then sent an sms asking at exactly what time they would be at my house, since I had to go out. He did not reply. I phoned a third time and left a message on his phone that this is unacceptable behaviour and that I would report him. All this coming from a man who warned me against using another business because they were dishonest.
