Extremely Disappointing — Poor Service and No Accountability

I paid for services that were never fully delivered, and despite months of trying to resolve the matter, I am still left out of pocket.

I have contacted the person responsible repeatedly over the past few months, trying to give her every opportunity to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, my attempts have been met with excuses, delays, and ultimately no satisfactory resolution.

At this point, I have spent months chasing something that should never have been an issue in the first place. When someone takes payment for a service, the absolute minimum expectation is that the service is delivered as promised. If it cannot be delivered, the customer should receive their money back.

The complete lack of urgency and accountability throughout this situation has been extremely disappointing. I should not have to repeatedly chase someone for services I have already paid for or for a refund that is rightfully owed.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before paying for services here. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and financially disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on how this matter has been handled.
