De tijger sectional title worst service ever!!

for those of you considering appointing a management agency for your complex. Do not use De tijger sectional title. They have absolutely no people s****s and no idea how to manage a complex. I presume, its due to our complex of a lessor value as appose to the high value complex's they are managing.

Our complex looks absolutely discussing, as they recently performed renovation, renewing our pipes. 1. now we sit with cement mess on our walls, and due to this we have difficulty selling our flats, as it looks like there is no control, half works get performed. Its not as if you can speak to the Trustees, cause its of no help. We pay levies every month and have no idea how these funds is allocated as it takes 50 years for De Tijger sectional title to do something. Our ground floor apartments looks disgusting, and has not seen a day of paint in the last 20 years, now we face with problems, as to who wants to purchase a flat, looking like this??

There is no control, people, would wash their cars in the parking bays, THIS WHILST WE HAVE WATER RESTRICTIONS IN CAPE TOWN!!!

When moving in, you receive a letter of all the rules, TRUST ME no one abides. In some flats its so overcrowded, and the management agents does nothing (don't ask me who they are, cause I have never seen, met or know their names).

A few years ago we went from opening our gates to a feature called cell 2 gate. Which was nice at first. Up and until now. There service does not work. You arrive 2am home, after night shift only to find the gate does not work. WE HAVE NO SECURITY GUARD NO ONE TO CONTACT, NO SUPPORT NO ASSISTANCE. We eventually went back to opening the gates with keys. ONLY TO REALISE THE GATE DOES NOT LOCK. OUR FLATS LOOK AND FEEL UNSAFE.

I have googled, and found johan loubscher is the director of this management agency, I want your urgent response for resolution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
