Lack of inclusiveness to non Afrikaans speaking people.

The clinic needs to be more inclusive, mostly Afrikaans was being spoken which leads to to some one who doesn't understand the language feeling excluded from most conversations, therefore reducing the entire experience. This can isolate anyone who doesn't understand the language leading to more enxiaty. I honestly hope for more inclusiveness in the future.
