Poor business practice

De Saude Electrical (Cape Town) was appointed as the electrical contractor in our newly built complex. Our unit had re-work that was required and this was conducted by De Saude Electrical after much back and forth communication. The rework was done almost a month ago and we are yet to get our new COC. I have done 4 follow-ups with their Director Miguel to no avail. This type of behaviour paints a negative image not only on them but also the industry.
