DE Properties Pty Ltd denial in paying back rent not owned to the company

We've experiencing a problem with DE Properties that is in absolute denial to pay the rental amount, which has been transferred wrongfully by the then tenant, to their business account in November 2021 on their advice. Several attempts have been done to reclaim our rent amount, with interest, which is still withheld from us ********ly from this company without any success.
