Pathetic service and product

I went in to do gel nails on Monday 2 feb. by Friday that week 2 nails fell of and the rest were lifting. I went back on 9/2 to complain and soak off. I told them they should do it free because I paid R220 and it didn't last a week. They said unfortunately the lady who did my nails is at another branch that week so they have to charge me for a soak off but gave me a R20 discount! I had to pay a further R95 to remove their mess. Very bad service and attitude. Inferior products. I did Facebook this as well to make other ladies aware of their inferior products and service. I will never go back there
